Carlisle’s award-winning museum and art gallery, Tullie House, is putting on an interactive exhibition about the Scheme.

Marking the centenary of the introduction of the State Management Scheme to Carlisle in 1916, this exhibition will explore the intriguing story of the centralisation of pubs and breweries in Carlisle under government control.
